Graduation portrait photos are important memories of university life. They should be taken beautifully to preserve those wonderful moments! Below is a guide to taking graduation photos at university, let's create an unforgettable set of graduation photos together!

【Choosing the Shooting Time】
* Choose to shoot in the early morning or late afternoon to evening, when the light is soft, yielding the best results.
* Generally, we avoid shooting during noon when the sunlight is intense, as it can cause shadows and overexposure. (However, we recently discovered that the strong light and shadow contrast during noon can be suitable for composition, leading to unexpected surprises.)
* Both morning and evening times are suitable, but be sure to avoid the strongest sunlight at noon!
* For the months of April-May and November-December, we recommend taking graduation photos before or after the annual graduation ceremony. For example, during this week, Emory university fills the quad with white chairs, which visually differs slightly from the usual lawn, presenting another kind of scenery. (Keep in mind that it may take until mid to late April to collect the graduation photos you ordered, so late April and early May are the busiest times on campus - especially during the golden hour, there might be queues at iconic locations such as the school gates and logo.)

【Choosing the Right Attire】
- For female students, wearing a white/black/champagne/blue/floral dress under the graduation gown is suitable (it's recommended not to wear excessively long dresses), and try to coordinate the colors!
- Typically, for male students, a suit/white shirt, and black trousers are the most simple and elegant combination.

【Preparing Props and Location】
- Props you can prepare: flowers (highly recommended!!)/ champagne (highly recommended!!)/ bubble machine/ teddy bears/ balloons/ books/ headphones/ sunglasses, and any other props you like. Let your imagination run wild! You can also bring your skateboard and celebrate your graduation in your own style.
- Choose iconic buildings or scenic spots on campus for the shoot. We will arrange our shooting route reasonably according to the number of people.

【Poses and Gestures】
- Of course, we will capture traditional graduation poses, including standing and sitting on the campus lawn. If you are camera shy, don't worry, we will help with posing at any time.
- Depending on the number of people being photographed, we will try various interesting poses. We hope to continue exploring with you.
- Show confidence and be yourself, the photos will be more lively and natural.

【Individual vs. Group】
Apart from individual shots, many students want to take photos with their family and friends. We suggest that everyone confirms the number of people to be photographed in advance and coordinates everyone's time. Also, everyone needs to coordinate their attire. Note that the number of people should not be too many; if there are more than 10 people, it can be challenging to manage.

毕业照是大学时光的重要回忆，要拍得美美的，留下美好记忆！下面就来分享一份当地大学里的毕业照拍摄指南，让我们一起打造一组难忘的毕业照吧！

【选定拍摄时间】
    * 选择在清晨或下午 - 傍晚拍摄，光线柔和，效果最佳。
    * 一般我们会避免中午时段，阳光强烈，容易造成阴影和过度曝光（但最近发现中午时段光影对比强烈很适合构图，会有意想不到的惊喜）
* 早晚时间段都可以，但是一定要避开正午光线最强的时候！
4-5月和11-12月，建议大家在每年毕业典礼前或者结束后拍摄毕业照，因为毕业典礼这周Emory会在quad摆满了白色椅子，视觉上会和平时的草坪略不同，当然也是另一种风景哈～（大家定的毕业照可能要到4月中下旬才可以取，所以每年4月底和5月初是学校最拥挤的时段～尤其是golden hour可能标志性的校门口和logo都有需要排队的可能性。

【选择合适的服装】
    * 女生的话在学士服里穿件白色/黑色/香槟色/蓝色/碎花裙子都可以哦（建议不要穿过长裙子哦），色系尽量统一哦！
    * 通常对于男生来说的话，西装/白衬衫、黑西裤是最简洁大方的搭配。

【准备道具和场地】
    * 可以准备的道具：鲜花（强推！！）/香槟（强推！！）/ 泡泡机/小熊/ 气球/书本/耳机/墨镜等一切喜欢的道具，发挥你的想象力吧！也可以带上你的滑板，用你自己的方式庆祝方式毕业
    * 选择校园内标志性建筑或风景优美的地点拍摄，我们会根据人数合理安排一下咱们的拍摄路线哦

【拍摄动作和姿势】
    * 传统的毕业照动作当然会拍，包括站立、坐在校园草坪上等。如果有camera shy也不用担心，我们会随时帮忙摆动作哈。
    * 根据拍摄人数会尝试各种有趣的拍摄姿势，希望和你们继续一起探索
    * 展现自信和做自己，照片会更加生动自然

【单人VS团体】：
除了自己一个人拍摄，很多同学都想和自己的亲朋好友一起拍摄。建议大家提前确定好需要拍摄的人数，协调统一好大家的时间。同时，在服装方面大家也需要一起协调统一好。注意，人数不要太多，如果超过10人以上，较难控场。
